摘要: The review discusses origin, state and function of extracellular DNA in soils sediments. Extracellular can be released from prokaryotic eukaryotic cells protected against nuclease degradation by its adsorption on soil colloids sand particles. Laboratory experiments have shown that adsorbed particles taken up competent involved natural transformation. Most these been carried out under artificial conditions with pure molecules adsorbing matrices, but sediments, surface-reactive are not present is other cellular components (wall debris, proteins, lipids, RNA, etc.) especially if after cell lysis. presence inorganic compounds organic both influence the adsorption, transformation cells. used as C, N P sources heterotrophic microorganisms plays a significant role bacterial biofilm formation. nucleotides nucleosides originated re-assimilated microorganisms. leached moved water through profile capillarity. In this way, secreted reach far donor cell. Finally, characterisation integrate information composition microbial community sediments obtained analysing intracellular DNA.
