摘要: Pseudomonas strains may be used as alternatives to fungicides some of them produce secondary metabolites, which can inhibit growth plant pathogenic fungi. Increased knowledge non-target effects the antagonistic bacteria on other soil organisms well survival and predation resistance is necessary for risk assessment increased performance biological control agents. In present study, we aimed investigate difference between spp. with respect their three different common flagellates Bodo caudatus, Cercomonas longicauda, Neocercomonas jutlandica. Two Pseudomonas: fluorescens CHA0 P. DR54 two positive strains: DSM 50090T chlororaphis ATCC 43928 were studied. CHA0, reported a range antibiotic substances, was inhibitory all tested whereas DR54, produces viscosinamide, only inhibited rate B. caudatus. Removal spent medium from culture reduced inhibition C. although still lowered compared 50090T. contrast, removal had minor effect longicauda. The flagellate caudatus far more sensitive towards flagellates.
