摘要: The potential of spin-polarized scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy for the investigation magnetism at nanometer scale is demonstrated by focusing on magnetic domain walls. After reviewing different measurement modes it shown that in addition to wall widths positions determination their exact profiles provides further insight into samples' properties.
