摘要: Abstract Superparamagnetic nickel ferrite single phase nanoparticles with the average crystallite size of ∼9 nm have been synthesized at a low temperature (220 °C) by sol–gel auto-combustion method. In present study as prepared powder was further calcined different temperatures for 4 h, resulting in larger size. The exhibited superparamagnetic behavior and changes cation distribution revealed Mossbauer, Raman X-ray diffraction studies. Mossbauer spectra collected 5 K under 5 T applied magnetic field showed mixed spinel structure canted spin order nanoparticles, whereas there is collinear inverse particles. vibrational redshift broadening line shape due to confinement effects.
