摘要: Abstract The hydrogen or helium retention properties of B 4 C converted graphite, SiC graphite and isotropic were examined, by the irradiation a ion, followed thermal desorption spectroscopy measurement. energy ion was 1.7 5.0 keV, respectively. For both SiC, two peaks appeared in H 2 spectra. lower temperature correspond to detrappings B–H Si–H bonds, It is considered that higher peak due detrapping C–H bond. amounts retained at room (RT), obtained from spectra, 6.71×10 17 , 1.0×10 18 5.8×10 cm −2 for He spectrum case C, 300 950°C. sharp observed 850°C, addition low ≈300°C. had single 300°C. When fluence increased, this shifted region. amount RT 2.7×10 4.2×10 3.4×10 seen trapped not negligibly small.
