摘要: Little is known about the somatotopic location of corticospinal tract (CST) in centrum semiovale (CS). We investigated CST CS human brain using diffusion tensor tractography (DTT). Fifty-two healthy volunteers were recruited for this study. Diffusion images (DTIs) obtained at 1.5T, and CSTs hand leg FMRIB software. Normalized DTT reconstructed Montreal Neurological Institute echo-planar imaging template supplied with SPM. Individual DTI data calculated as number pixels CS. In mediolateral direction, average distances highest probabilistic locations somatotopies 25.57 mm 21.72 from midline between right left hemispheres, respectively. For anteroposterior distance 0.4 5.2 behind horizontal line medial end central sulcus midline, conclusion, somatotopy was found to be located 26 lateral almost along horizon medioposteriorly CST.
