摘要: Management of cancers the digestive system has progressed rapidly into molecular era. Despite significant recent achievements in diagnosis and treatment these patients, number deaths for tumors currently plateaued. Many investigations have assessed role HER2 both prognostic therapeutic settings, with heterogeneous results. Novel testing guidelines are emerging, particular gastric colorectal cancers. However, further advances needed. In this review we provide a comprehensive overview current state-of-knowledge alterations most common discuss operational implications testing.
