摘要: Abstract The plasma concentrations of testosterone, androstenedione,5-androstene-3β, 17β-diol, 5α-dihydrotestosterone and 17β-hydroxy-androgens have been measured in normal women patients with idiopathic hirsutism. mean levels all the compounds studied were higher group hirsutism than controls apart from dihydrotestosterone, this difference was statistically significant. correlation between various steroids examined. In subjects, testosterone androstenedione well correlated, but hirsute patients, is poor. It suggested that related to altered binding proteins these patients. No one steroid consistently abnormal hirsutism, 40% above range.
