摘要: We present a reproducible fast prototyping procedure based on micro-drilling to produce homogeneous tubular ultramicroelectrode arrays made from poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), conductive polymer. Arrays of O 100 µm electrodes each having height 0.37 ± 0.06 were reproducibly fabricated. The electrode dimensions analyzed by SEM after deposition silver dendrites visualize the electroactive area. electrochemical applicability was demonstrated voltammetric and amperometric detection ferri-/ferrocyanide. Recorded signals in agreement with results finite element modelling system. PEDOT modified prussian blue enable hydrogen peroxide. A linear sensor response for peroxide concentrations 0.1 mM 1 mM.
