摘要: Abstract Single crystals of the D03-long-range-ordered intermetallic compound Fe3Al have been compression tested in temperature range 213–493 K. The orientations axes covered entire standard triangle. All them were pseudoelastic (i.e. superelastic) lower part quoted T range; during unloading, an appreciable plastic deformation was recovered. In investigated T, yield strength as well amount strain recovered unloading decreased raised. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that these decreases are caused by a change relevant dislocation processes. At temperatures, there very widely spaced partial dislocations with Burgers vectors type (a 0/4) , where 0 is lattice constant. higher four such glide together forming perfect dislocation. upper [∗∗∗111] orientation showed different beh...
