摘要: The nucleotides constitute the back bone structure of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic (RNA). importance metal ions in biological processes like transcription, replication translation reactions are very well established. Therefore, attention metal-nucleotide interactions have received, especially during last decade is not surprising (Marzilli et al 1980; Hodgson 1977; Gillert Ban Martin Mariam 1979; Wilson 1982; Orenburg Scheller 1981). Among nucleotides, mostly nucleotide triphosphates been studied (Taqui Khan Rabindra Reddy 1973a, b, 1975, 1976; Taqui Martell 1967; Wallas 1958). However, little known on metal-mononucleotide that too with bivalent ions. data metals higher oxidation states available literature. it was considered important to investigate interaction 5'-cytidine monophosphate various Earlier we transition alkaline earth along other related systems (Rabindra 1985). In present manuscript, extended our investigations trivalent lanthanides study influence charge stability mononucleotides.
