摘要: This study is aimed at evaluating the effect of dietary zinc-methionine (Zn-Met) supplementation during 3 months prepartum up to 9 months postpartum on reproductive performance, blood biochemical, and milk production lactating she-camels besides growth performance their calves. Twenty pregnant Maghrebi (439.49 ± 11.57 kg; 3–5 parties) were divided into four similar groups. Animals fed basal diet (G1) or supplemented with Zn-Met levels 30 mg (G2), 40 mg (G3), 50 mg (G4)/kg diet. Results revealed that IgA, IgM, IgG concentrations in colostrum, monthly yield, lactation period significantly increased Zn-Met-supplemented Milk contents fat, ash, total solids improved (P < 0.05) G4 as compared other Pre- Zn, T3, T4, P4, E2 plasma Zn level higher all Postpartum first estrus interval, number services/conception, days open, pregnancy rate, duration placental drop, calving interval G4. Weaning weight average daily gain calves enhanced Conclusively, inclusion especially a 50 mg/kg diet, postpartum, led better productive immunity she-camels, offspring.
