摘要: E. coli tRNA contains at least two valyl tRNAs. The major, tRNAVal1, comprising about 80 per cent of the total valine acceptor activity, is coded by GUA and GUG, minor, tRNAVal2, GUU GUC (ref. 1 unpublished results M. Y. Rudland). We report here nucleotide sequence tRNAVal1.
