Preoperative cholangiopancreatography performed 32.5% patients. High-grade adhesions (≥III) encountered 68.1% rate 23.1%. overall complication 31.5%. Drains used 63.7% time 65.2±32.6 minutes. complications 9.5%. Median stay 1 day (range: 1-31 days). Mortality occurred 3 (1.0%). Conclusions This demonstrates that more difficulties cholecystectomy are associated higher rate.
