摘要: The accurate measurement, prediction and treatment of high blood pressure (BP) are essential to the management hypertension prevention its associated cardiovascular (CV) risks. However, even if BP is optimally controlled during day, nocturnal may still increase risk CV events. pattern circadian rhythm can be evaluated by ambulatory monitoring (ABPM). Night-time ABPM more closely with fatal nonfatal events than daytime BP. use limited low availability fact that it cause sleep disturbance, therefore not provide realistic measurements. Home (HBPM) offers an inexpensive alternative ABPM, preferred patients provides a assessment individual's daily life. until recently, HBPM did offer possibility measure (sleep time) development validation new devices, such as NightView (OMRON Healthcare, HEM9601T-E3) device, could overcome these limitations, offering night-time measurements minimal disturbance.
