摘要: Objectives: To investigate the association of left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction with blood coagulation, platelet activity and inflammatory response in patients hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) sinus rhythm. Patients main outcome measures: In 42 HCM rhythm, including 16 resting LVOT (gradient ⩾30 mm Hg) 29 age- sex-matched controls, markers thrombin generation (thrombin–antithrombin complex (TAT), prothrombin fragment 1+2 (F1+2)), activation (soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L), β-thromboglobulin (β-TG), P-selectin) inflammation (C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin (IL)6, tumour necrosis factor-α (TNFα)) were determined. Results: Thrombin, higher entire group than controls (p r from 0.39 to 0.73; p R 2  = 0.61;  = 0.59;  = 0.55; p = 0.002), P-selectin (  = 0.49; p = 0.004) β-TG  = 0.38; p = 0.005) HCM. Conclusions: is independently associated enhanced
