摘要: We provide a test protocol to evaluate the effects of plant protection products on mortality and reproductive performance ofHypoaspis aculeifer (Acari: Laelapidae). The design is in compliance with standard characteristics extended laboratory studies as formulated by international expert panels dealing non-target arthropod testing schemes. Potential survival rates are evaluated assessing after an exposure period 14 days that starts protonymphs. surviving mites studied following egg production individually isolated females over 7-day period. hatching success these eggs assessed subsequently. Using several years’ data obtained from water control treatments, we propose criteria validity individual experiments.
