[The effect of noradrenaline, adrenaline and acetylcholine on contractility of the uterus of the guinea pig after testosterone administration].

摘要: The reactivity of the isolated guinea pig uterus was studied after single (0.5 h before experiment) and repeated (7 days) in vivo testosterone administration dose 10 mg.kg-1. In vitro applied 5.8 x 10(-5) mol. to norepinephrine, epinephrine, acetylcholine evaluated. These substances were cumulatively doses 10(-8) - 10(-4) mol.I-1. changes isometric contractions evaluated by magnitude maximal response pD2 value. contractile all mediators decreased both testosterone. most pronounced change value induced administration. results suggest that, similarly as female sex hormones, may influence uterine function its effect at receptor nonreceptor level.
