摘要: For radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of liver tumors, evaluation vascular architecture, post-RFA necrosis prediction, and the choice a suitable needle placement strategy using conventional radiological techniques remain difficult. In an attempt to enhance safety RFA, 3D simulator, treatment planning, training tool, that simulates insertion needle, treated area, proposes optimal placement, has been developed. The scenes are automatically reconstructed from enhanced spiral CT scans. simulator takes into account cooling effect local vessels greater than 3 mm in diameter, making shapes more realistic. Optimal positioning can be generated by software produce complete destruction tumor, with maximum respect healthy all major structures avoid. We also studied how use virtual reality haptic devices valuable make simulation realistic effective.
