摘要: Experimental genomics involves taking advantage of sequence information to investigate and understand the workings genes, cells organisms. We have developed an approach in which is used directly design high–density, two–dimensional arrays synthetic oligonucleotides. The GeneChip® probe are made using spatially patterned, light–directed combinatorial chemical synthesis, contain up hundreds thousands different oligonucleotides on a small glass surface. been designed for quantitative highly parallel measurements gene expression, discover polymorphic loci detect presence alternative alleles. Here, we describe fabrication arrays, their some specific applications high–throughput genetic cellular analysis.
