摘要: This paper describes a design approach to control system of power supply for high-voltage electrochemical processes such as plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) or anodising (HVA), which require alternating polarisation pulses up 750 V and typical current density 50–500 mA/cm2. Complex characteristics the response on applied polarisations (positive negative) cause necessity precise polarising pulse shapes better process operation its understanding. A device performs cycle-by-cycle pulse-width modulation (PWM) control, including feedback based digital analysis instantaneous and/or voltage output, desired waveform stored in memory each output polarity. The stage has four states corresponding positive negative pulses, well open- short-circuit conditions, with respect an cell. fully programmable controller allows one generate arbitrary waveforms, their sequences, by means “regime designer” software. Moreover, smart can provide adaptation next parameter from prehistory. For instance, this separate main (coating formation) diagnosis phenomenon through introduction triangular sweep within pause process, is normally carried out under control.
