摘要: [1] We study macroscopic (centimeter scale) dispersion using pore-scale network simulation. A Lagrangian-based transport model incorporating flow and diffusion is applied in a diamond lattice of throats with square cross section whose radius distribution the same as computed for Berea sandstone. use physically consistent rules combination stream-tube routing ideal mixing to particles across pore junctions. The influence both heterogeneity high Peclet numbers results asymptotic behavior only being seen after movement through many throats. comprehensive comparative longitudinal experiments consolidated unconsolidated media indicates that can quantitatively predict coefficient over broad range numbers, 0 400.
