摘要: A method and an ignition interlock for preventing operation of equipment when operator's blood-alcohol content is above a threshold value. The has detector that measures intensities wavelengths light emerging from finger. microprocessor correlates these with the finger's content, determines whether this level, prevents operating unless below threshold. also fingerprint image generator which reflects finger scans to form scanned image. compares prestored principal operator two images determine match. analyses occur substantially simultaneously.
