摘要: Abstract Purpose: This study reviewed the long-term outcome of patients who underwent open repair infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs). Methods: A retrospective 208 (188 men and 20 women) with a mean age 65.6 years survived elective or emergency an AAA was conducted at university referral hospital. Main measures included late graft-related complications, survival free from any reintervention, vascular overall rates Results: Late complications occurred in 32 (15.4%). proximal para-anastomotic pseudoaneurysm developed six (2.9%), distal 18 (8.7%); seven these cases (3.4%), it bilateral recurrent. graft limb occlusion 11 (5.3%). These required 37 surgical other invasive procedures 27 (13.0%). Thirty-one and/or endovascular reoperations were performed. The 5-year, 10-year, 15-year reintervention 91.5%, 86.2%, 72.0%, respectively. At same intervals, 93.8%, 88.5%, 73.9%, respectively, 66.8%, 39.4%, 18.0%, Complications associated ruptured femoral artery pseudoaneurysm, aortoduodenal fistula, causes death, which four (1.9%). Age (P Conclusion: Open AAAs can achieve satisfactory follow-up for suggesting that surgery should still be considered procedure choice AAAs, least are fit surgery. (J Vasc Surg 2002;35:87-93.)
