摘要: An experimental study of the performance a novel reactor system—termed hybrid adsorbent-membrane (HAMR)—is described. In HAMR reaction and membrane separation steps are coupled with adsorption. It was shown previously by our group for esterification reactions that this system results in significantly improved performance. The focus paper is on use hydrogen production. We present investigations water-gas-shift (WGS) using layered double hydroxides as adsorbents CO2 nanoporous H2-selective carbon molecular sieve membranes. characteristics investigated range temperatures pressures relevant to WGS application, compared predictions mathematical model developed group.
