摘要: Publisher Summary Cyclodextrins (CD) are cyclic oligiosaccharides consisting of D-(+)–glucopyranose units and produced by the enzymatic hydrolysis starch. Industrially, three major types CD they have been used in biomimetic micro-reactors, novel media for photophysical, biochemical studies. CDs building blocks functional units, which supramolecular structures various fields industries. This chapter describes general features complexation, use fluorescent methods studies complexation equilibrium, their complexes, excitation, electron transfers complexes. The inclusion complexes represented using schematic illustrations this chapter. Since has ability to form with a variety guest molecules it is pure research applied technologies. Much devoted different experimental conditions rigorous justification mathematical model analysis data necessary
