摘要: Abstract Recent finding on the Moringa oleifera (M. oleifera) species evidenced significant pharmacological activities which comply with claims made in folk medicine. However there is no conclusive pharmacognostic, nutritional value, phytochemical investigations dry peel of M. till date. The current work discuss minerals, vitamins content, amino acids, bioactive compounds and quantitative analysis vegetable peel. result obtained from above study confirms presence carbohydrates, protein, fat as 7.15 ± 0.15 mg/100 g, 2.5 ± 0.85 mg/100 g 0.2 ± 0.08 respectively. powder showed high content potassium 12.48 ± 0.85 promising amount vitamins, acids compound composition.
