摘要: In the present study we investigated effect of chronic proline (Pro) administration on rat performance in Morris water maze task. Rats received s.c. injections Pro twice a day at 8 h intervals from 6th to 28th days age and equivalent volume 0.9% saline solution (control). On 60th life, rats were subjected Results showed that provokes impairment spatial learning, as shown by increase latency acquisition retention reduced efficiency find platform position working memory test. Present results suggest hyperprolininemia causes cognitive dysfunction might be relevant explain, least part, neurological associated with hyperprolinemia.
