摘要: Background/Objective Low back and pelvic pain are among the most prevalent conditions worldwide, with major social economic costs. The aim of this study was to evaluate role magnetic resonance neurography (MRN) lumbosacral plexus in management outcomes these patients chronic pain. Methods Consecutive referred for MRN over a year were included. Preimaging postimaging clinical diagnosis treatment, levels, location recorded. Pain-free survival compared between treatments using Cox proportional hazards model. Results A total 202 mean age 53.7 ± 14.8 years male/female ratio 1:1.53 Of patients, 115 presented radiculopathy (57%), 56 (28%), 31 groin (15%). Mean initial level 6.9 1.9. symptom duration 4.21 5.86 years. 143 (71%) had change because MRN. After MRN, reduction levels observed 21 32 receiving conservative treatment (66%), 42 67 injections (63%), 27 33 surgery (82%). Follow-ups available 131 patients. Median pain-free 12 months. Patients treated significantly lower recurrence than other same time frame (hazard ratio, 3.6; 95% confidence interval, 1.4–9.2; P = 0.0061). Conclusions use led meaningful treatment. provided relief; however, benefited more from any
