摘要: Resume Cet article analyse l’opinion des personnes âgees sur la fin de vie et les soins palliatifs avec l’etude S. Catt al. [Palliat Med 19 (2005) 402–10], une revue litterature le sujet. Les directives anticipees leurs paraissent trop rigides lugubres. options therapeutiques en sont general mal comprises, personne âgee compte sa famille pour « savoir ce qu’il faudra faire moment venu ». Le choix du lieu derniers instants parait etre multifactoriel, avec, souvent, souci proteger ses proches. De nombreuses raisons peuvent avancees dans que font qui expliquent multiplicite points vue ces questions difficiles.
