摘要: Marine chlorella known to contain high amount of eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5ω3) are a potential natural source this fatty for health foods and pharmaceuticals. The effect culture conditions on lipid content composition ofChlorella minutissima, therefore, was investigated. Lipid cells grown at 25 C 60% higher than that the 20 C. Fatty affected by temperature supplementation NaCl. Eicosapentaenoic 20:5ω3 45% (w/w) in C, whereas only 20% (w/w). Supplementation with NaCl also increased percentage same extent.
