摘要: Disclosed are modified immunoglobulin (Ig) molecules, a method of producing Ig and methods for treatment prevention infectious diseases using molecules. In one embodiment, the molecule comprises CH3 domain an IgA (α CH3). The combination α with other domains selected from or more nonIgA molecules provides that has capacity to bind J chain and/or secretory component (SC) together features molecule. another CH1 CH2 form higher polymers (trimers, tetramers, pentamers, etc.) lacks carbohydrate addition sites.
