摘要: Using a unique dataset of joint-stock companies, we explore the corporate audit system in transition Russia. In comparison with companies Western and Asian Pacific states, Russian firms have weaker terms independence expertise committee external auditor. Board composition, foreign investment, affiliation business group are highly important factors determining composition firm choice as well combination two auditing bodies.
