摘要: A device for extinguishing a candle flame, in which small quantity of water is discharged under pressure as an aerosolized, conically shaped, filled spray droplets directed against the flame to extinguish it and prevent burning smoking wick candle. The each dispensing cycle only up about 1 ml, preferably no more than 0.50 ml finger pumps, with 0.080 being preferred quantity. have size ranging from one micron thousand microns, distributed over steep bell curve, embodiment average sixty-five seventy microns. can be pump, or trigger-actuated dispenser, pressurized aerosol through orifice having diameter 0.10 0.25 inch. Carbon dioxide used propellant gas, facilitate extinguishment flame. carbon block CO2 adsorbed therein may placed container replace depleted use, thereby maintain desired container. surfactant added produce light foaming water.
