摘要: The aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence and factors associated with unprotected receptive anal intercourse (URAI), stratified by age (18-24 or 25 + years old), in a sample 4,129 MSM recruited respondent driven sampling 12 Brazilian cities 2016. URAI higher among younger (41.9% vs 29.7%) (p < 0.01). Multivariate analysis indicated that perception risk, sexual identity, self-rated health status, having commercial sex were MSM. History violence, partners, 6 partners debut older Marital stable partner, reporting men only both groups. Despite access condoms lubricants, preventive efforts may not be reaching effectively. Age specific intervention approaches, including stigma, discrimination, risk must considered.
