摘要: Resume Les sources potentielles de nuisances et d’inconforts liees a une hospitalisation en reanimation ( stressors ) peuvent etre classees facteurs intrinseques ou au patient sa pathologie, environnementaux tels le bruit la lumiere organisationnels. Il existe deux approches pour evaluer les d’inconfort reanimation : approche objective mesurant, soit des parametres physiques qui caracterisent elles-memes, physiologiques leurs consequences sur patients, subjective reposant methodes d’evaluation perception du ressenti inconforts nuisance. La douleur ne constitue qu’une source nuisance parmi d’autres : soif manque sommeil sont souvent rapportes par patients reanimation. Une durant laquelle seraient insuffisamment controlees pourrait favoriser survenue d’etats d’agitation confusion sejour reanimation, distance, augmenter risque developpement d’un etat stress post-traumatique.
