摘要: Thermal conductivity of a highly porous carbon/carbon composite, known as carbon bonded fiber (CBCF) and used thermal insulation, was measured related to the structure investigated by optical microscopy, x-ray diffraction Raman spectroscopy. It found that halogen purification CBCF, involves heat treatment in chlorine atmosphere, did not result greater extent structural development than at same temperature for time inert atmosphere (unpurified sample). The both purified unpurified, increase with range 1000°C 2200°C. experimental values were good agreement those calculated from model indicated CBCF solid transfer dominant, compared radiation transfer, even matrix be relatively graphitic stress orientation on carbonization observed along length it tentatively suggested may contribute effective axial fibers.
