摘要: In the first part of this study nature amyloplasts in cereal endosperms and development starch granules them has been investigated by electron microscopy. barley, one granule, oats, many form young proplastids, followed characteristic growth simple compound granules. The small barley (and probably wheat rye), which have for long recognized as distinct from large same cell, are formed vesicles budded off amyloplasts. To gain more knowledge submicroscopic structure treated with amylolytic enzymes hydrochloric acid, effects examined microscope. only clear structures
