摘要: Abstract BIPVT is an application where solar PV/T modules are integrated into the building structure. System design parameters such as thermal conductivity and fin efficiency, type of cells, coolant operating conditions factors which influence performance BIPVT. Attempts have been made to improve efficiency building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPVT). A new concept water-based PVT collector for applications has designed evaluated. The results simulation study amorphous silicon (a-Si) crystalline (c-Si) module types based on metrological condition Malaysia a typical day in March. At flow rate 0.02 kg/s, radiation level between 700 900 W/m 2 ambient temperature 22 32 °C, electrical, combined efficiencies were 4.9%, 72% 77%, respectively. Moreover, 11.6%, 51% 63%.
