摘要: Abstract An aluminum and fluorine enriched anodic film was fabricated on Ti 50Al by anodizing in ionic liquid (IL) 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BmimPF6). The formation mechanism the exact role of for generation this were deeply investigated. Results show that trace amounts residual water responsible oxygen contained film. And structure is result different solubility titanium fluoride during anodization liquid. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis shows can be oxidized to protective Al2O3 layer at temperature higher than 300 °C. This transported together with previously formed efficiently inhibit outward diffusion Al inward oxygen, therefore improve high oxidation resistance 50Al. Upon 100 h 1000 °C, no cracks spallation are observed anodized
