摘要: Controlled-source electromagnetic (CSEM) surveying has been in use for more than ten years and become a well-established tool hydrocarbon exploration marine environments. On land, however, CSEM methods are rarely applied similar manner, since challenges greater range of technical, logistical, numerical aspects. Over the last five years, Geo-Electromagnetics working group at German Research Centre Geosciences Potsdam (GFZ) developing method land-based applications, including three-phase current transmitter allowing arbitrary source polarizations, new robust data processing concepts, 1D to 3D modelling inversion software. The hardware software successfully series surveys on different targets. We show examples from case studies, results Ketzin CO2 injection test site Northern Germany.
