摘要: Introduction. The function and localization of actin in the nucleus have not yet been fully described. However, seems to be a key protein nuclear processes interacting with chromatin matrix proteins. aim study was evaluate effect controlled expression pool F-actin special AT-rich sequence-binding 1 (SATB1) on vitro induction active cell death by geldanamycin (GA). Material methods. SATB1 regulated transfection non-aggressive breast cancer MCF-7 cells siRNA against or plasmid cloned cDNA SATB1. altered cofilin-1 these used regulate F-actin.
