摘要: We have studied voltage-dependent ion channels of alamethicin reconstituted into an artificial planar lipid bilayer membrane from the point view electric signal transduction. Signal transduction properties these are highly sensitive to external noise. Specifically, addition bandwidth-restricted "white" noise 10–20 mV (r.m.s.) a small sine wave input increases output by approximately 20–40 dB conserving, and even slightly increasing, signal-to-noise ratio at system output. developed small-signal adiabatic theory stochastic resonance for threshold-free channels. This describes our main experimental findings giving good qualitative understanding underlying mechanism. It predicts right value provides reliable estimate intensity corresponding its maximum. Our results suggest that channel in is model studies mechanisms primary electrical processing biology showing important feature improvement fluctuating environment.
