摘要: We compared the effectiveness of three optical techniques based on fluorescence imaging and spectroscopy with indocyanine green (ICG) contrast agent to evaluate in vivo disruption active vasculature induced by a vascular targeting agent. The blood perfusion MDA-MB-435 tumor model transplanted nude mice was estimated from signal measured immediately after its systemic injection mice. Optical measurements were performed using setup fiber-based time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) apparatus. This latter apparatus used measure transmittance geometry change basal absorption agent, thus providing an alternative estimation content tumor. Mice divided into four groups. Three groups treated different doses disrupting ZD6126, fourth group (control group) received drug vehicle only. carried out 3 h pharmacologic treatment. After 24 h, killed, tumors excised extent necrosis evaluated standard histologic analysis. On ICG emission ZD6126 significantly lower control sections also showed higher amount Both these findings, which correlate each other, indicate effective shutdown drug. However, TCSPC estimate did not allow statistically significant differentiation between
