摘要: There exist a large number of well-characterized MT2X2 intermetallic compounds which form in two slightly different tetragonal crystal structures. For the purposes this overview M is restricted to uranium or cerium, T denotes transition metal (3d, 4d 5d), and X silicon germanium. The structures are shown Fig. 1 consist ThCr2Si2 CaBe2Ge2 types. Note symmetry change due stacking sequences X, while U Ce sites remain approximately fixed.
