摘要: The purpose of this prospective study was to evaluate the sensitivity mediastinal sonography compared with computed tomography (CT) and chest radiography in detection tumors. sonograms, CT scans, radiographs 182 patients were interpreted blindly by three observers, results compared. proportion diagnostic sonographic examinations varied for different compartments from 85% (subcarinal region) 96% (supraaortic region). sensitivities radiography, respectively, each compartment, as reference method, follows: supraaortic region, 98% 67%; paratracheal 89% 69%; aorticopulmonary window, 81% 62%; prevascular 92% 46%; subcarinal 69% 31%; pericardial 100% posterior mediastinum, 6% 6%; paravertebral 11% 44%. These show that is superior diagnosis In certain regions (supraaortic, pericardial, prevascular, paratracheal), so sensitive magnetic resonance may be obviated equivocal radiographic findings.
