摘要: Abstract It is well known that coffee one of the most widely consumed beverages worldwide. Since its discovery, it has played an important role in life many people, even though throughout history people have debated consequences drinking to human body and mind. The pleasurable taste stimulating properties been worshiped hated. But along with these love hate waves science evolved revealed a complex mixture substances may act together prevent diseases. Today debate around caffeine moved from “good versus bad” quantities needed for beneficial impact, amounts corresponding safe consumption. This chapter will explore aspects bringing overview evolution coffees well-being through history.
