摘要: Abstract In the present work, two-synthesis method for copper nanoparticles (Cu NPs) in polyvinyl chloride polymer (PVC) has been developed by adding previously synthesized NPs to resin and an situ synthesis of NPs. The was mixed with additives enhance obtaining a pasty mixture called plastisol. obtained plastisol is liquid at room temperature have viscoelastic pseudoplastic properties. showed changes its mechanical properties heat action, like remarkable increase viscosity high temperatures, passing from initial state solid curing (180-200 °C). Cu were previosusly microwave assisted polyol method, using acetate (CuAc2) as precursor, ascorbic acid (AA) reducing agent, polivinilpirrolidone (PVP) stabilizer ethylene glycol solvent. this (EG), diol widely used method; Microwaves provided thermal heating, alternative conventional heating convection. irradiation successfully warm dielectric materials, considering property tangent loss (tan δ), higher value, greater transformation electromagnetic energy into achieved, one occurs preferably polyol, such ethylene, which constant. Different concentrations plasticizer several temperatures evaluated nanocomposites NPs/PVC). To obtain films NPs/PVC, coating technique over substrate (paper or fabric transfer) used. Films prepared order produce material further bactericidal activity. characterization performed X-Ray diffraction ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry.
