摘要: Urothelial carcinomas are heterogeneous diseases with an aggressive clinical potential. To date, the most used prognostic factors for bladder grade and stage, which based on histopathological parameters that often not reliable in predicting a outcome. Here, we evaluated outcome of 100 patients urothelial follow-up information more than 2 years after surgery relation to expression two cell surface antigens, ie, E-cadherin autocrine motility factor receptor (AMF-R, gp78). Frozen tissues were serially cut, stained either hematoxylin eosin grading, anti-gp78 antibodies, or anti-E-cadherin antibodies determine level expression. Of 63 presented at time diagnosis pathological loss associated increased gp78 expression, 39 (62%) succumbed tumor progression death. 37 normal positive negative, respectively, 36 (97%) had favorable disease outcomes (P < 0.0001). The results suggest abnormal both poor outcome, independent stage grade.
