摘要: Nonlinear matrix inequalities (NLMIs) approach, which is known to be efficient for stability and L"2-gain analysis, extended input-to-state (ISS). We first obtain sufficient conditions ISS of systems with time-varying delays via Lyapunov-Krasovskii method. NLMIs are derived then a class delayed state-feedback by using the S-procedure. If feasible all x, results global. When in compact set containing origin, bounds on initial state disturbance given, lead bounded solutions. The numerical examples sampled-data quantized stabilization illustrate efficiency
